“We have just sold two properties with Sam, he was amazing, honest, straight forward to deal with and reliable, totally on the ball. Have to say a great service, better than any estate agent I’ve ever dealt with.”

“Great experience selling our house with Sam Spence. We initially put our house on the market a year ago with one of the big estate agency chains and really felt that we fell through the cracks. We re-launched our house in the new year with Sam and what a different experience it was! A completely personalised and bespoke service from start to finish.”

“I’ve worked with a few really good estate agents but Sam is a cut above the rest. I was buying a property through Sam and even though he was representing the seller I felt fully supported by him all the way through… Will definitely be my go to estate agent whenever I come to sell again.”

“Sam is diligent, honest and reliable. Unusual traits in estate agents based upon our experience. After multiple agents with little or no progress Sam worked hard to get viewings with people who were genuinely interested in our property. We sold and then completed in June 2022. I’d recommend Sam ahead of any of the agents in the area.”

“I recently used Sam as the agent to sell my house in Sheen Parkside. Not only did Sam secure a good price in a matter of days, he took control of a complicated chain to get the whole thing over the line. He has great local knowledge and experience and I thoroughly recommend Sam to buyers and sellers alike in SW14.”
