“I’ve worked with a few really good estate agents but Sam is a cut above the rest. I was buying a property through Sam and even though he was representing the seller I felt fully supported by him all the way through… Will definitely be my go to estate agent whenever I come to sell again.”

“Amazing experience with Sam. Our house sale went very smoothly from start to finish. I can highly recommend Sam Spence to anyone who enjoys a custom and personal approach… Sam is not only very professional – he is also a very kind person.”

“I first met Sam 11 years ago when I first moved to the area. He sold me my first house in the UK which he then sold for me again, this year! It took him a total of 3 days to get a buyer, amazing! No? I had full faith in him and had no doubts that he would do his upmost for me. Totally satisfied.”

“I recently used Sam as the agent to sell my house in Sheen Parkside. Not only did Sam secure a good price in a matter of days, he took control of a complicated chain to get the whole thing over the line. He has great local knowledge and experience and I thoroughly recommend Sam to buyers and sellers alike in SW14.”

“Sam Spence is a very good agent. I used him after some of the bigger agencies failed to sell my mother’s house in Mortlake. Sam clinched a deal and held onto it throughout a turbulent housing market. I then used him to sell my flat in north London… He will be my first choice of agent for future property sales.”

“We have just sold two properties with Sam, he was amazing, honest, straight forward to deal with and reliable, totally on the ball. Have to say a great service, better than any estate agent I’ve ever dealt with.”
